Cecilia Baroni en \u00abLado B\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 style=\"text-align: right;\">16 de abril de 2026<\/h6>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"style-scope ytd-watch-metadata\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Salud mental: \u201cEl Estado responde con c\u00e1rcel, manicomio y refugios; es una respuesta para pobres\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>La salud mental es uno de los temas que m\u00e1s flagelan a Uruguay: el pa\u00eds tiene indicadores alarmantes y cada vez son m\u00e1s frecuentes los casos policiales que generan una fuerte conmoci\u00f3n en la sociedad. En la ley de salud mental de 2017 se marc\u00f3 al 2025 como a\u00f1o l\u00edmite para el cierre de los llamados \u201cmanicomios\u201d, algo que no se cumpli\u00f3 y en la ley de Presupuesto se termin\u00f3 aplazando para 2029. Para hablar sobre este y otros temas, Wilmar Amaral recibi\u00f3 en Lado B a Cecilia Baroni, psic\u00f3loga y doctora en Historia con una larga trayectoria en instituciones y proyectos vinculados al trabajo con personas con patolog\u00edas de salud mental.
